Retention Basin - Paper Container Industry in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

◎ Description：

The Kaohsiung Paper Corp. was established in 1957. Started from typography printing. The company gradually set up factories and expand new product lines in carton boxes, color boxes and paper carry bag with the social development changes.
This project developed for the new plant, and is located at YongAn district, Kaohsiung. The development area is up to 24.6 hectares, including plant area, living area and sew-age treatment facilities. In order to reduce the possibility of floods situation at the plant and neighboring districts during storm approaching, they had taken into consideration floods in the past and increased the water storage capacity, installed gates and pumps in retention basin.
Application :
This project adapts HCP AF Submersible Sewage/Wastewater pumps for drainage from retention basin.
