◎ Description：

The case is based on a concrete specialist corporation in Germany. With the increasing demand in construction and infrastructure, the highly efficient and suitable facilities play an important role in application. Besides, fresh water is costly to apply in concrete industry, rainwater recycling and wastewater treatment would be the solution for saving cost. The customer requests the pump that have to pumping out abrasive media from the plant and deliver the rainwater to the certain location, and the environment mixed and with recycled water, HCP 100HD25.5, 50HD21.1, and GD-400 F were selected. HCP HD Series are highly wear-resistant models with High Chrome Alloy Steel (HiCrFc) impeller. GD series feature is lightweight and portable, and the impeller made with an urethane rubber that provides extra wear-resistance on construction site dewatering. Besides, these pumps are durable and leakproof structure with automatic resetting motor protection and mechanical seals made of silicon carbide. The pump has been operating continuously for one and a half year and it’s still running perfectly.
