Australian Winery – Case of Sewage Treatment

◎ Description：

There are more than 2,400 wineries, 65 wine production area throughout the country in Australia, and the varieties of grape more than 100 in these places. This case which locat-ed in famous wine producing areas of Langton in Victoria. The pumps were corroded due to the chemicals used in the barrel wash process and the low pH of the winery waste. The existing internal pipe work arrangement did not allow for safe servicing without entering the pit. Our client supplied and installed “SA Submersible Stainless Steel Pumps” which suitable for extreme environment with acid/alkali waste water of PH value between 4 to 10. Mean-while, it including replacement internal pipe work and valves, replacement level sensors and control panel, and recommissioned the system for easy servicing and reliable opera-tion.
