Recycling Water and Wastewater Treatment of Famous Beverage Plant in Medellin, Colombia

This famous soda beverage manufacturer in the city of Medellin, Colombia had one unit of the other brand model, 60Hz, 20HP, 230Volts pump. Last year, the pump was extracted for repair and insisted on the replacement of the unit as most components had excessive wear. The distributor presented the HCP pump which is already familiar to this customer. Due to increased production over the years, a decision was made to install two units AF-615 available to work alternately or together.
Service : The pumps are mainly installed in the sump below the factory where all sewage collected from the industrial process, then they are pumped to their own water treatment plant under the approx. The rate is 3m3/min (800GPM) with total head of 12m. Also installed with Guide Rail System, T-150 to avoid emergencies in case of a failure.
